The customer service is horrible in this store at the jewelry counter. Employees were rude and refused to acknowledge me. I waited patiently for almost 30 minutes while the employee played I'm the computer. I have worked retail in the past and understand black Friday is busy. About 6 waiting in be helped and the employee allowed a friend to cut in front of them so she could wait on her first....
