Very cute, but kind of hidden location. We just happened to be walking through JCP killing time prior to a wedding nearby and saw Sephora inside JCP so I decided to do a little walk thru....

Waiting too long and poor customer service

When I went to order my glasses, I was rushed like the world would end in 35 minutes when the optical service closed. I was told I'd have no time to look at additional frames because of the closing time. I only needed a few minutes to do so and it was rude to rush me out of there when they were supposed to have been open for business. There would have been ample time after the transaction and...

Backlog hell!

I ordered a pair of glasses at the Optical Department at JC Penney in the Golf Mill Center. It has been over a month since I ordered them. I'm so frustrated. I've been told the optical orders are backlogged. I sent an email to Customer Service and got a phone call that ended up telling me that my glasses should be ready on Tuesday. That was yesterday.
