The owner Gerald Kerr (aka Jerry) from JBK Aire did not get me the city permit as stated in the contract. Called every month since September 2012 which he always have an excuse..."Running some issue with the city....I broke my back", etc. Now he ignored my phone calls and voicemails. Also, he's not the one who does the install he's using a 3rd party installer to do it for him. This guy doesn't...
