Never ever go to Jays. They ordered the wrong dress than I bought! When I picked it up I had to pay 200 over the price on the dress. They said it was because that was only the base price. The first time I went to Jay's Bridal it was without an appointment but there were only 2 other people in the store and I was there for over 35 minutes before someone even noticed me. They were not understaffed but no one took the time to help me so I left. I had the best time at Jay's. The girls were so welcoming, and I really felt that they carried about my wedding. At first I was hesitant because other stores advertised and I had heard about them in magazines and on tv, that I thought jays would just be a little store, I was so pleasantly surprised because they had the biggest inventory I have seen yet! My experience was relaxed and made the choice so easy. They know what their doing and helped me pick out the most beautiful gown and veil I've ever seen. They were so good at helping me narrow down what I liked and what I didn't which helped the process go quickly and smoothly.
