My company is based in Los Angeles and I was the first hire in NYC and tasked with finding some turnkey office space. A friend recommended Jay Suites to me and I'm forever grateful!

The options for space have been amazing. It was easy for us to upgrade to larger quarters as we began hiring more and our office now has a great view of Grand Central! The floors and suites are always impeccable and all my clients who have visited have been extremely impressed.

If convenience is crucial and style is an added bonus, then you should definitely check out Jay Suites.

The owners (slum lords) of this place will say anything and promise you the world in order to get you to sign lease with them... Once you do here's what you can expect; POOR / CROOKED MANAGEMENT, DIRTY KITCHEN, SMELLY BATHROOMS, POORLY CLEANED CONFERENCE ROOMS, MISSING RECEPTIONIST (CLIENTS CAN WALK DIRECTLY IN AND WANDER AROUND ENTIRE AREA). An array of hidden charges and 1 maintenance man (probably undocumented) to mop floors at all their facilities. This summer one of their longest tenants was robbed of all their computer equipment, but the ironic part is the ""Missing Receptionist""...

My organization booked a board meeting at Jay Suites at Grand Central in May. I visited before the Board meeting to make sure everything was okay. The day of the Board meeting I showed up with the Board President and I was told by the receptionist that we weren't scheduled. Then after I dug out the paperwork, she said we were early - it was 10 minutes before the meeting was scheduled to begin. I was told coffee was furnished so I made no plan to have it catered. A glass pot was put on the side talbe - not a carafe but a glass pot, which meant that the coffee got cold within minutes -...
