There's a new owner in town...coffees still nice & strong

Well, it's 2008 now, most of the other reviews are a little dated, so I guess the big change is the new owner Linda, she great, super friendly (though the line does bog down with people basking in the glow of her amazing beauty). The coffees strong, theres WIFI, and it doesn't wrap you up in the overpowering corporate glow like the 'Bucks.BTW, this is Not "Another Java 33" which is not there...

One of the few benefits of struggleing through traffic in Oak View is the possibility of stopping off at Java 33. They have fresh, strong coffee, pastries, muffins and none of the guilt associated with patronizing an enormous corporation at the expense of the little guy. Service is good and friendly. The coffee is better than what you'd expect from an all-night diner, if perhaps somewhat less...
