This is the best apts. I ever lived in, it's more like a home than an appt. It is very clean and well landscaped and well maintained. The manager and maintenance personnel are great and courteous. I cannot immagine anyone not being happy here.

I have been here at RP for two months and have to say that I like the grounds,parking and the Management staff. I had several maintenance issues when I first moved in but they were all addressed promptly.
My major problem has been the sound level from my neighbors. The walls and floors are very thin and you can hear EVERYTHING they do. I have a ground level apt. so I would recommend an...

These apartments are older, but very well maintained. There is this beautiful couryard in the middle and a patio on the clubhouse where you can sit near the pool in the shade of the trees. What a view. It is quiet here.

This is a great place to live. Friendly people, lots of green space and trees, plenty of parking and responsive management. They are making improvements and give friendly service. Lots of nice people walking and being friendly. Donuts on Mondays!
