1st visit. We visited on sunday afternoon and was surprised to find Jasons deli packed as well as a long line at the drive thru. Once inside we chose our food items, paid and found a seat. The food arrived in about 10 minutes. My girlfriend had a salmon sandwich and I had a special of the day. Both were quite good. Great salad bar, gumbo!. Salad bar is loaded with great fixings (love the Greek olives). Impressed with the seafood gumbo. Better than some of the Gumbo's I tried at the Seville gumbo cook-off recently. Sandwiches are huge. Prices very reasonable and you save on not having to tip. Friendly staff. Love this place.

Not like I remember. I have been excited about Jason's Deli opening in Pensacola for a long time, and after several aborted attempts that failed due to the line being out the door, I finally made it in the door and ordered. I used to eat at a Jason's in Little Rock some 20 years ago and loved it. I have to think that my tastes have changed (and I do not think so), or they have changed.....maybe...

Mediocre service. The cashier kept turning away to talk to another server while taking our order. Then she didn't instruct us where to get the salad bowl or our chicken. By the time we sat down and figured out what was going our chicken was cold. Finally at the salad bar, everything was frozen. Just a general letdown.

I just took my 2yr old son here for lunch today. It was the first time for both of us. The friendly customer service was better than any other in Pensacola.
