I saw heavy mold build up in the ice dispenser, the wall near our table had drips and smears of various things, the floor needs attention, etc. Our food came out wrong- twice. The staff overall seems unhappy or unenthused. No passion or pride in what they are doing. To be fair, that's typical Abilene though.

The menu items were abundant for a "sandwich shop". Loved the salad bar and the soup was delish. The service was friendly and the manager was always on hand helping with whatever needed to be done.

A clean place. For meat and potatoes kinda guy, Jason's is a compromise. If you like rabbit food, this would be a good place to get it. The sandwich that I like (Amy's Turkey-O) is very small...

I eat Jason's a lot in TN, so when I happened upon this Jason's....I made a quick uturn and went inside. THE SAME GREAT place, SERVICE and SMILING staff. I could just live here with a pillar and a blanket!!!

I got my usual wonderful pastrami sandwich. The staff was very friendly and nice. The food, as usual, very good.

Lunch in Abilene at Jason’s Deli. First time in over a week of traveling I felt like I ate a nice fresh meal of a salad. One in our party ate a loaded baked potato & another also had a salad. They had the GF menu sitting out on the counter as if it was waiting for us- way to go Jason’s Deli. Thanks for a safe, healthy option for a meal!
