Never finished his work,charged for work never done oritems never received.Tryed to go thru warrenty company but obviously another useless item w paid for,Pbs wants nothing to do with him.BEWARE if you need a solar system or wind turbine as this is his new scam

I bought a home from Jasmine Building Systems of Cape May, NJ. THE Biggest mistake of our lives!!! 1st Jasmine owner, Joe ""the bum"" Crecca NEVER finished the home after it was dropped-off. and, when it came time to fire this bum, he tried suing for work never done. I would never use either company to build a simple doghouse!!!
