These are the new shopkeepers/attendants: Max (Asian guy), Rudy (Mexican guy), and Paris (Asian gal--the one and only). Between the three of them, Max and Rudy are the nicest, friendliest, most professional attendants there. Excellent customer service. The pizza is nasty tastes like carboard people have left whole pizzas in the tables and walked away.Buy and eat pizza somewhere else. If you bring your kids here order the salad only. I have emailed corporate office with no response of their nasty pizza I guess as long as there are people without tastebuds chuck e cheeses will make profits.

One of the reasons why I went there was because I heard they had a Street Fighter 4 arcade. but whats the fun with that with no challengers? It was empty it was dark doesnt feel fun and manager sucks. I ask one question and he stood there like an idiot. wtf? sure there is plenty of games but I rather go chuck e cheese then this place. I recommend: "Family Arcades" 872 N Vermont Ave Los Angeles...

Some nice machines but place needs to be cleaned up and manager needs to be more professional and please fix some of them they are still broken.

I love this place...!!!!I remember one summer coming here every other day with Paolo and Bobin just loungin around the mall and ending up here playing that funky little snail game that unlocks...
