I met with Janis last week and would definitely recommend her to both men and women. She is clearly dedicated to finding her male clients the best possible matches and has a lot of great insight on the dating scene and men in general. As for the negative reviews, I personally haven't experienced the bring single men requirement but it is true that she says exactly what she thinks (which I think is great!) and asks very forward questions so just be braced for tough love and you will get some great honest feedback!

DO NOT work with this crazy woman. She is a fraud. She pursues you hard until she gets her $200 fee to enter you into her database. And then drops you like a hot potato. OR even worse...she invites you to multiple parties...but guess what? Despite the fact that she professes to have the best database in the business...you are uninvited to the parties promptly unless you can bring single men or get single guys registered on her new dating site. She is pathetic. RUN. FAST.

As a woman, I have never had a more negative, insulting and demeaning experience in my dating life as I had with Janis Spindel. She offered a meet-and-greet with no more than 5 women for a total of 30 minutes. It was written that we would get a chance to talk about what we were looking for in a man. I showed up to sit with 10 women and Janis casually announcing she might not talk to everyone since it depends on the guys she is looking for women for. She proceeded to ask (out loud in a hotel lobby) who has had which piercings, tattoos and plastic surgery. She spent most of the time trashing...
