My only wish is that for those who don't have a claim, etc. the company had automated lines/numbers to push after hours so as not to have to listen to the entire list insurance companies and their numbers, etc. and voice mail for us to return calls after hours, etc. Some of us work and can't always make the call during the day, or didn't get the message from our cell until later, if all we need...
