I can only agree that Jani Restaurant’s service is horrible! I work close by and my company has ordered on several occasions with each time the order arriving either incorrect or cold. They are more concerned in telling you that they expect gratuity when you order. I was crazy enough to have a client luncheon there, oh my.....COLD FOOD after we returned our warm bowls of soup. This is the worst Chinese food and service. With all the Chinese restaurants in Norwalk...you have to be out of your mind to eat at this place.

And their delivery is a joke. They can’t even get the order straight!
