As a former employee, I was involved in a lot of aspects of franchise ownership, including individuals contacting the office to inquire about owning their own business, when they met with a representative for full disclosure of what owning their...

ALL of the "training and support" takes place at their corporate headquarters in TEXAS! My Denver "regional sales manager" Bruce Patch didn't mention this. I found out after receiving a stack of books with a telephone number for "support". Not only are the cleaning machines MUCH more difficult than they make them appear, but so far NOT ONE CUSTOMER! I'M BAFFLED! How could they get away...
