Her nurse staff was horrible. As a physician I foundthe doctor to be impersonable. I brought it to her attention how poorly her nurse had treated me and she had no response. I did not feel she took my pain seriously but at that point I was so upset at how her nurse had treated me for being 5 minutes late just wanted out of there.

I prefer any Dr. I see to be female, even my dentist! Dr. Donovan, many years ago, had a large role in saving my friends life. Somehow she figured out what was going on with him when several other Dr.'s could not. It was a very serious issue that could have caused his death. I love Dr. Donovan. I have been going to her for over 15 years. She is good at reading emotional needs along with my physical and does not let my imagination get the best of my fears with my health. She is practical and down to earth, listens to what I say and is patient with me. I am thankful for her and the ability to squeeze in to see her in my times of need.

I was absolutely not comfortable with her at all. Not only did she not listen and rushed the appointment, but I had a horrific rash that she would not help me treat. She was going to make me wait until I get to a dermatologist, which would have been on a long waitlist.
