The doctor was very good, but a breakdown between him and his staff caused my wife not to get her prescription which she had to do without all weekend. We tried to contact the doctor's office after 5 PM on a Friday, left several voice mails, but to no avail. My wife suffered all weekend long without her prescription. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. McLauchlin. He treats me for cervical dystonia. My case has been challenging to say the least. Through it all, Dr. Mac answers all my questions and has a bedside manner second to none.
