I have had several great experiences with James. He helped me buy my first home, and then sold that home at a significant premium, enabling me to purchase a new home closer to the city. James is consistently extremely responsive, and works tirelessly to find strong options for his clients. James also has repeatedly gone above and beyond to make sure his clients deals go through on time.

James was very patient with me as we talked about what I wanted & looked @ possible houses together. A couple of times when he wasn't available, his mom/business partner met with me. I thought this was great since my time available to look @ houses was limited to mostly nights after work. I love the house I've been in for 4 years & am so thankful for his help finding it.

We were new to the state and initially was going to rent but showed us what the market was like and how we could afford to purchase instead of rent.
