Regret everything

I hired this company to replaster my pool and they messed it up. I asked if they could make it look cosmetically better around the top and a week and a half later I got a letter from their attorney threatning a Mechanic's lien that had already been recorded. WOW...where did that come from. I never ever said I wouldn't pay the balance but I guess they decided to start playing hard ball effective immediately. If you become their customer, you better not have any complaints because you'll be taken down immediately.

Jaguar (apparently under new ownership fairly recently) did a great job on my new pool. They put in Pebble Fina and it looks/feels great. Nice group of folks to deal with and accommodated my schedule. Thanks.
