I wasn't sure what to expect but I was so impressed! Nice office and friendly, helpful staff (have been to two of their locations). Dr. McDuffie explained everything and took what felt like extra time to talk about test result in detail. He was friendly, pleasant, and easy to talk with. Definitely NOT a typical physician/specialist with an egotistical attitude. I liked he and the whole staff...

Not only is Dr McDuffie compassionate, light-hearted, and top notch in his profession, he is also highly recommend by the nurses who work for the hospital. A++
Without hesitation, I would use him again and recommend him for providing excellent ENT service.

Dr. Mehendale is very nice and his service was very kind. I've heard great things of Dr. Mehendale for over 11 years. I recently had to take my son in. I have been blown away by the experience so far. Both visits he was on time/even early. He is very knowledgeable, clear in his explanations, and so kind. The office staff was also very friendly. My son has to have a procedure done and Dr. Mehendale's staff has gone above and beyond checking...
