Horrible, horrible service! They sure can talk sweet, but don't deliver on their promises! They ruined my wedding!!! And did not even give me my money back!

Horrible service.....The meeting of the owners was great, they talked a great service....the results were horrible...A NIGHTMARE...after the ceremony the guest had to wait over an hour to come in reception area...and when they finally came in the place was still not ready.....they had plastic plates and forks for the cake and plastic cups for the drinks....even the wine was poured in a plastic...

Always HIRE your own Event Planner

So sorry the brides on here had their Special Day ruined with false promises. But to all Future Brides- You MUST hire your own wedding planner who knows everything that you desire right down to the last flower petal. If you are using this Event hall- do just that and only pay for the Facility- Hire your own Decorator and Planner !! Believe me that Planner is getting paid to make sure everything in that Facility gets done and on time- even if she has to keep calling them every 5 minutes to come and open the doors on time so that the vendors can get in !!
