Rented a house from them, very family oriented. Friendly and helpful. Maintenance was timely and normally fixed with in a day. Would highly recommend. Micheal and his family are a very lovely family.
We gave them an application fee over a month ago for a few houses that we were interested in and have called serveral times on the status of our application and we still have not heard back from them. We do not like giving away money as I am sure neither do you so do not even try putting in an aplication because you will give them money for nothing. I rate them a big zero!
These guys are lazy and unorganized. They discouraged us from listing in the newspaper, which we did anyway and had lots of responses. Then when we had all the response their solution was to unlock our house (which still had some of our belongings in it!) and send potential renters on their own to go inside and look at it!
