Its very strange that some people rating this doctor by her billing department performance. My advise- call your insurance first and make sure that your plan is covering your doctors visits. She is an excellent physician and a wonderful person. Always helpful and knowledgeable. I have been a patient of Dr. Kogan for many years - she has excellent bedside manners, super nice, very attentive and very helpful with referring to specialists. The office staff can be friendlier in general, but I personally never had any issues.
