Do not know how to fold a breakfast wrap

I often order a breakfast wrap when driving because it tends to be less cumbersome than a burger or biscuit. This Jack's is convenient to my drive to work. The last 2 times that I ordered breakfast wraps, the contents spilled out all over my lap and car seat. I will consider other options for breakfast when traveling to work...
