Jack & Georges located in Altoona has been servicing the area for over 50 years. We offer a variety of menu items and daily specials. I just found out that they no longer have the chili 3 ways, that's a shame, it was so good.

Cheese balls are great but otherwise food is just ok not badly priced and service is not bad for a bar.

Passing thru Altoona and we stopped by for early supper. Enjoyed outdoor patio and comfortable atmosphere. Fresh tomatoes on salads and sandwiches was a nice treat. Will come back. Fresh quality...

As far as neighborhood bar/restaurants go Jack and Georges takes the cake. This place has great atmosphere, and amazing food to match. The steak salads are delicious as well as the New York style...
