Yes indeed!!! Run Away from this guy!!! He is a scam artist... He never even started the work I paid him for and took my money. I sued him, won a judgment against him and still could not collect my money till this day...

Jack Frey is a ripoff. He took my money and never completed the job. I have a lawsuit against him for over $3,500. He is my neighbor just imagine what he will do to you.

Run away as fast as you can! Jack Frey is a ripoff. He took my money never completed the job.I had to take him to court he never showed. He owes me over $3,500. And he is my neighbor.Imagine what he will do to you!!!
