Jack Brown's cleaners damaged an expensive pair of pants. They became rude when I explored the possibility that they repair it. They ruined the article completely without repair or compensation or even a "we are sorry".I have spoken to others about their service and I have two friends that had a similar experience. Evidently they have a bad reputation in Austin.
