My husband and I had very specific needs for our new house, and Jace showed us multiple options that fit the bill perfectly. He guided us through putting in offers and negotiating terms, we lost out on three houses but even then Jace kept giving us more options and was available at all hours for us to look at houses.

Jace is wonderful to work with. He was always honest, professional and forward with us during our home buying experience. He was patient with us and helped us find the right home. I know when it comes time to look at another home, selling, and/or buying a second property I will definitely use him. He'll work hard for you!

I cannot say enough positive things about Jace to give you a clear picture of how wonderful he was to work with when my husband and I were buying our first home. Jace was great! He listened well to our Wants and Needs and worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect home! He really pushed our lender and the seller to meet the timeline they had committed to.
