I spent $8500 on a new Trane 2010. Today I called at 1:20 asked for a Service call for 3:00 pm because my pan is dripping water at the pvc connection onto my ceiling of my MBR. It is now 7:30 pm and no one has shown up!!!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL. They acted like they only have one serviceman available to send to Burleson. HORRIBLE!! Still waiting.........

I would highly recommend. Our service guy Javier was great. He did a wonderful job explaining everything and giving us all of our options. We had originally scheduled someone else to work on our a/c unit, but they never showed. J&S sent someone within the hour. Great customer service and prices.

Use this company to fix our A/C over the course of two days. Work got done, but every 'service' is ridiculous when it comes to price.

Ive never written a review in my life, but this has made me so angry that I was forced too. I had them come out to check on my air that wasn't blowing cool, they open the vent cleaned out lint, and charged me $150. $75 showing up fee and apparently 75 to remove the lint. 2 weeks later it's not working again, they wave the going out fee and charge 85 dollars just to tell me whats wrong.
