J.R. Roy Martial Arts Studio offers classes in American Karate, an eclectic martial art based on traditional Isshinryu Karate and American kickboxing; Yang-style T'ai Chi Ch'uan, an internal martial art (martial qigong) that develops health, root, balance and more; Modern Arnis, a Filipino jujitsu and weapons art; Qigong, and Bagua Zhang.
