Help us make it rightThe agent, Mary Nate, is the most unprofessional agent I have ever experienced. We have been trying to order health insurance for our business and employees through her for the last two months. She gives you little support in navigating the differences in the various policies and insurance companies, probably because she does not know herself. We often found ourselves calling or visiting the website of the insurance companies to understand the differences. Keep in mind she makes a commission on our purchase and should be involved in helping us make a decision.
