We are just devastated at this companies relations with us. We ordered a vinyl floor to be installed and first they over estimated the amount of square footage by at least $100 bucks. Next they didn't know vinyl was not glued down (how could they not know this?) and so sawed off all our door jams to make them shorter when they didn't need too. Next the installers left for lunch and so we ended up ripping up all the old vinyl and scraping floor ourselves and when installers came back they asked us if it was done! Since they vinyl was not glued down the total price should have been reduced by at least $1000 bucks since no need for embossing and sealant. We asked Jerry the owner to please adjust the price and he said absolutely not! He also said he gave us a choice of %12 off or free financing for 3 years and he did not. So he just gave us the measly %12 off when in fact we wanted free financing. He just lied to us about that. I am just crushed he would treat us like that and can't even look at our vinyl flooring. So regret going there and I would never recommend anyone else to go there.
