Both of my children have seen Dr Joe and Dr karen since they were infants ( now 6 and 3). When ever i have had an issue with my children they are always there with suggestions and help- and they even once made a special diaper rash cream - that took walgreens 24 hrs to get in all of the ingredients- but the cream worked wonders ( after we tried everything else with no success). This practice is not very friendly. We have tried to like the staff and the doctors but they are so rude and inpersonal that it's hopeless for us. They lack warmth and they make no effort in building rapport with their patients. I must say that their saving grace is Dr. Lindsay. She is nice and genuinely friendly. I would recommend this facility to anyone. They have been my daughter's doctors from the day she was born, and even moving a half an hour away, we still go to them for everything. The husband/wife team are very good at what they do, and make my three-year-old comfortable. She enjoys going to see them, they are quick and thorough and make a point to leave time for any questions you might have,...
