I wish you had enough courage to come resolve this issue, rather than writing this misleading review. Exchanged one piece of jewlery for a less expensive piece. J never refunded the extra $125. he repeatedly lied on the phone or had his female counterpart lie for him saying he was constantly unavailable. Called at least 5 times and went down twice and each time the the excuse was 1. i dont believe in starting the day with a negative sale but i will refund. It never was refunded. To his credit he does have some nice stones but he really has the demeanor of someone who should be selling watches out of the trunk of his car. Dont go there. Not a reputable business person.
