A yr ago J&J installed a new hot water heater and did an excellent job letting me know I should have it flushed out occasionally due to bad well water. On 9/26/12 they sent me a plumber that charged me a service call and told me I could clean my tank myself showing me how. Told him I couln't do it myself (3 times) He wouldn't do it for me, then told me I needed a new kitchen faucet and wanted to charge me $250 for a faucet and $160 to install it. I called them to service my hot water heater and nothing was done. I was charged a $50 service fee. I feel the plumber they sent was lazy and didn't want to do anything; except maybe make some money off me installing a ridicuously expensive faucet at a ridicuously expensive installation price. So I paid a service call for no service done. I will not call them back.

HORRIBLE and RUDE!

First of all, they gave me a three hour time gap, so i went to my place of business, to wait for three hours, and then they never showed up. When I called, the rude receptionist told me that emerencies came up, and they ""were more important than a free estimate"". Unbelievable. Way to lose business! I was a potential customer too!
