I travel a lot and I do not give 5 stars rating too often... This place is one of my favorite hotels in the whole world (well.. In USA and Europe). Clean, small, cozy, spacious, modern, incredible customer service, SPA is AMAZING, food to die for....
Yes, I will stay here again and again...

Amazing weekend getaway

My title says it all. Arriving we wasn't expecting everything to so fabulous but it was. The room was beautiful the bathroom had a built in tv in the mirror. The toilet seat turned warmed if you wanted to turn it on . The entire room was basically controlled by an iPad and the room had a pretty good view...

Modern, comfortable hotel

I really enjoyed my super high tech room with very comfortable bed and cutting edge bathroom - room #311. I ran into a problem with a significant mistake made by the overnight front desk worker - but the management reasonably compensated me for it the next morning. Although more expensive than the Greenwich Grand Hyatt, it is much nicer.

We had a great time at the Jhouse. Upon arrival we noticed rooms that had balconies and decided to upgrade to a balcony room (for a $20 fee). The check-in was quick and the staff was friendly. Our room was very clean and modern, the bathroom was exceptional. An iPad came with each room but we had difficulty using it...
