I agree with most of the reviews here, customer service is really bad! First, it was really difficult to get the associate's help to get into the fitting room. Then, the cashier let a lady cut a line when she clearly knew I was on the line first. Never coming back to this store! I'd rather shop online then being treated like this again.

They closed the chestnut hill jcrew bridal. Added it to the Copley store. It was a waste of time... Very small dressing area and customer service was not what we expected. We drove 2 hours for our appointment and we had to beg for the sales lady to take a dress off the manequin to try on. Take my advise and just order dresses and try on in your own home. Much more fun!
