Terrible technicians. They build terrible PCs and have to be haggled with to make good on their warranties. Buy a Dell and get real customer support.

Incompetent technicians. Built a terrible PC for me and never tested it before they sold it to me. Had to haggle each time with them to make good on their warranty. The graphics on the PC are shot, and they won't lift a finger to fix it.
