The place is easy to miss because it looks like eye sore on the outside and the inside isnt much better. I made a 7am appt nd she was on time even called me to insure I was coming so I liked that but once it came time to do my hair it all went downhill. This place is truly nasty! I seen 2 roaches and i told the lady all she did was step on them and went right back to talking. I waited for over an hour and half for her to start my hair. When she finally did, she kept stopping and doing other clients hair. The thing that top it all off was they dont listen to what u want.

This was my second time going to J&C first time around I was very happy.But not this time its only been two weeks going on three on braids in the back all three rows fall out my side same thing I paid at $ 160 for my braids to fall out.called the shop they were to book to fix my braids that's just unprofessional

The place is garbage got my hair done on a Saturday at 7:00 in the morning and on that Tuesday my braids were loose and falling out I had to go back for a touch up and had to pay 60.00. The braids pulled out my edges. I never go back they don't listen to customers.

Terrible. Do not go there. They do not listen to customers and when you try to tell them they are not doing what you asked they yell. I am very unhappy with the service and would never go back.
