Seafood fans drop anchor at these "cheap" counter-serve links in a regional chain renowned for fried fish and "top-notch" chowder so tasty "you want to climb into the bowl"; longtimers insist it's a "Puget Sound institution", but keep in mind "if you've been to one, you've been to them all."
