I wouldn't recommend the grilled halibut plate.. the fish was dry rubbery and tasteless and the cornbread was pretty gross. Stick with the chowder and fried seafood.

I am a sucker for good service. But when a young man like Alex greets you, offers you options and makes you feel like you are at the fancy dine in Ivars - not the quick serve - I am Thrilled....

Love this place! Everything is really good but the clams & white chowder are my faves. I've made huge take out orders and they were always right. Lots of parking. Even left overs stay crunchy!

I have been to quite a few Ivars in WA state and this one seems to be the best food wise. They have fish tacos which doesnt seem to be at every location. The food in general and especially the soups have always been excellent.
