This place is terrible I took my tablet in to be fixed with all the accessories I had a family emergency and had to return home I was gone for a longer period of time than I expected Ronnie the owner sold my tablet its leather case and accessories that's what I came home too find after I buried my family member he had no remorse he was very rude about it this place is terrible what gives him...

I had a laptop with a blue screen of death. I took it to Ronnie at IT Network Essentials and he fixed the problem in one day. Didn't lose any of my personal documents and pictures either.
