Don't move here. They raise their rent by $100 every time your lease is up. Can you afford that? They aren't willing to work with you, they just want to make money. The deal you get when moving it seems great and as soon as your lease is up they'll jack up the price. It looks gorgeous but if only they cared about their tenants the way they do about their flowers and landscaping. Their property...
