Avoid them in all cost. I am a former ASE Certified mechanic from 1970's who worked for Jaguar-Rolls Royce and M-B dealerships. A 20 years as a mechanic (A) in auto repair business . I brought to them my wife's car to be repaired a 2004 Mercury Sable LS. The engine was cranking but will not start. At the age of 67 with poor health I wasn't to perform my own repairs.
