wonderful hidden gem

What a nice place
You almost drive past before you know it was there
Small mom & pop with lush foliage close to everything in the keys including beach and attractions
Fishing within minutes
So is major shopping hospital [if necessary] and award winning restaurants
Although proprty didn't have pool or beach
Founder's Park right up the road duly compensates...

The room is very clean and nicely decorated. The rate is unbeatable. The motel has no beech, no pool, no restaurant, but there is a very nice restaurant called MM88 next door where you can walk on the beach and watch sunset. We really liked this motel.

We spend almost every weekend in the Keys during the months of January through the end of April and always stay at the Islamorada Motel. Pat and Pam are really friendly and helpful, the rooms are spotlessly clean, and we always get a good, quiet night's sleep. We may need to spend Saturdays and Sundays on business in Key Largo...
