The sales rep sold me a woman's bed. The descriptions and the advertising of the items are completely false. When I asked for a refund they wanted to charge me additional 20% restocking fee. The owner does not provide customer service and hung up in my face numerous times when asked for my order number to complete a complaint to BBB. Do not use this company,
