Check-in time was 4 PM and our room was still not ready at 6:30 PM. Parking garage was not tall enough for me to get into garage with Nissan Xterra, so I had to carry all luggage up the steps and in through front door, then disassemble roof rack to park in garage. The room was perfect for our large family, there were plenty of dishes, the room was clean beds were great, we used the BBQ grill while we went swimming, the staff was friendly and attentive we never had a problem with anyone being available. There are up to date video games for the kids. Our room was perfectly located on the end the kids could be noisy and not disturb anyone but the rooms on...

Odd layout for hotel, but generally nice property. Renting equipment on site is nice. Also, skin in and out is convenient.

Check in at 6:15 pm, clerk was "out to lunch " until 7pm. No substitute , just had to wait 45min. to check in after driving 2 hours.
