got mod took long time , but owner of ipwcci just kept working and we got a affordable payment and saved home ,we originally hired attorney to do modification ,the lawyer was idiot ipwcci had more knowledge than our 300,00 hr lawyer who told us we had no hope, grate full Mrs Soon.
