Very nice!!! Excellent selection of saltwater fish and invertebrates! Always helpful whenever i'm there..and VERY HONEST! Every once in awhile there is a wait (was 6 saltwater customers all at once Saturday) but well worth it! Would highly recommend!!! A+++++

I have been to Iowa Pet Foods & Seascapes several times, as they carry my dog's brand of dog food. Each time I have been there the employees have been either entirely unfriendly, or unfriendly and rude. Last night when I went there, the cashier continuously screamed at the parrot (Luke, I believe) they have in the store to be quiet. It hurt my ears, so I'm sure it did for the parrot as well....
I've rarely been asked if I need help finding anything and when I have spoken to them about the brands of cat food they carry, I've typically been treated with disdain. To order over the internet is pretty expensive, so I settle for repeatedly crummy treatment by people who don't seem to care about the customers. There is no price break on buying by the case.
