The receptionist and staff are friendly but some of them are super inexperienced. Stuck me several times before they had to call an adult in to put the IV. Didn't use gloves or have a decent understanding of the process either. They asked me to describe what they're supposed to be looking for and how …

Don't make an appointment for first thing in the morning. They'll call you the day before and tell you to come in 15 minutes before the actual appointment time. I would recommend showing up at your appointment time (only if it's an appointment first thing in the morning). Twice I have shown up for my appointments and had to wait out in the building lobby because they aren't actually open...
